Hold the "C" Key, then while holding hit, Right-click on the car. then go to "Skins" and go down to Skin 15.

Try these:
Unsubscribe then Resubscribe to the skin.
Get the car required for the skin. If you already own it, Unsubscribe then Resubscribe to the car.
Restart the game.

If you mean the NASCAR's, I'm afraid I can't give them out; these aren't my models and it's confidential.
I can, however, show you the templates of older NASCAR models made by Royster!
