Мда. Если пришлёте пошаговую инструкцию, как создать эту модель (если конечно не нужно другого софта, типа Z-Modeller), то я, пожалуй, смог бы это сделать. Я никаким боком не мододел, никогда не занимался, но попробовать могу :)

I can throw off the fbx file, textures, truck color number (need a mod). You will need to create this model and upload it to the workshop adding me to the list of authors.

YES!! I agree with him. There is only one vacuum truck for Natural Disasters in workshop, so would you convert this?

In whorkshop, there isn't even a real vacuum truck now, only your model is close.

Holodets, that sounds like what we would call a septic tank truck (or septic truck, or septic pumper truck).

Septic tanks are what we call where the waste is stored.

No worries . I only said that there is in the dlc vacuum trucks to remove the water after a flood and this one looks exactly as it would do this . You should put maybe into the description that it is a garbage truck

Is it a normal industrial truck or is it a vacuum truck which can be used with the vacuum truck building of the Natural Disaster DLC ?
