I do not know how you use this mod. When i try to use it the map ends up completely black no city lights.

@ScramX The mod should be working now, with a permanent night as you say. A name problem caused the mod to not load previously but this has been fixed.

I wanted a mod that sets the time to night time permanently so you can see the city lights all the time even on speed 5 and with a deactivated day/night cycle.

now you can truly watch as darkness comes to power in europe...

Finally. I loved the night mode in this game but it was always temporary because it always switched between Night and Day and would never stay at night. And now you've made the nights look even better!!!!!!!

Ok, NOW it should be fixed.

This was the mod I was looking for when I first started playing this game. Now As a veteran my eyes can finnaly watch over my people in serenity.

Not fixed for me sadly. Same problem as ScramX.

ScramX it changes
1 - water
2 - city lights (adds lights on america and east asia)
3 - political map colours
4 - makes the political map more trasparent when you approach the ground
and the more realistic night

Yeah, you can't see the city lights if you turn off the day/night cycle.

Nevermind, it doesn't seem to work at all, I disabled every other mod and changed my graphics settings to the max, the only thing it changes is the water. Am I doing something wrong?

Honestly the night-time penaly is pretty stupid. The day and night cycle is so fast, not like you can time your attacks to it.
