They are just normal planes in cargo liveries, so scheduled like the others.

You can't, you need Tweaks Mod. Then it is automatically set with Tags

Ethiopian Airways Cargo Fleet updated and completed. B737800; B757200 (historic) and B777F (B777200). Cargo Doors added. B757200 livery updated.

An Airbus Beluga has been created. Its a Crude model but will be a nice addition to the cargo planes.

As there is no cargo function in the game, they just look cool, but are still just normal 757's
