u can jail them too but im not sure if you can shoot in jail

1. trap them in box

2. take all there weapons, tools and there noclip stuff using admin tools (there are addons for stuff like this)

3. stop them using commands like "kill" when on the server so they cant die to escape (there are addons to stop them doing this as well)

now they are stuck in the box

also put godmode on them so they are stuck as they cant die

Although im not sure that it will prevent their minging if they can just respawn :steammocking:
