@ericatmanchili It does not work with the current version. The model is in 2D, and was made for back when the game models (or sprites) were 2D. Nowadays the game models are 3D, so the chainsaw is incompatible, unless someone updates it with a 3D model.

does this still work? i'm getting mixed messages from the comments.

ShadowCop, just use the chainsaw model in-game or AuthenticZ's one (is the same).

@ShadowCop another guy below offered help with the 3D model if you're interested in making it work.

Since I don't have much time my biggest problem is to create a working 3D model for the newest PZ version. Scripting is no problem for me but I have no experience in 3D modeling with the new version. So maybe when I have more time I will hunt this down again. ;-)

No, the weapon models in build 41 are different so it is only working with build 40.
Sorry. Since I can only program lua but can't create models for chainsaws I have to wait until the whole build 41 is developed a little further.

P.s. My npc was shoting a shot gun off a 10 mins before in the same spot, and only pulled 20 zombies. so the chain saw is even louder then that.

Well this mod is out of my favs, went in to a town where i barely seen any zombies, axe broke so i used this, next thing i know, there is litterly over 200 zombies coming from all over, not even my van could of pulled so many, and that attraed zombies like all hell, so your chain saw with a extreamly over loud sound, got me killed after i survived for 54 days of not even getting bit once.

How can I be born without a saw and a can of gasoline?

Actually there is no fix option. Due to personal time issuses I'm not able to implement a repair function in the next weeks. Maybe I'll use the standard repair function like for vanilla guns so you can repair one chainsaw with another or seperate items.
