I completely redesigned the code and the colors for the chainsaw mod and its model.

Manual:
1. Fuel Chainsaw
You have to fuel your chainsaw to start it.
To do so you need a chainsaw and a petrol can in your inventory.

2. Start Chainsaw
When your chainsaw has fuel you can start it.
Character will take the chainsaw in both hands and start it.
You can do this while walking, but not running.
Be aware that the starting noise will attract zombies!

3. Stop Chainsaw
You can select to stop the chainsaw or it will stop automatically when it runs out of fuel.
When you put your chainsaw in your inventory it will also stop automatically.

4. Fuel
When the chainsaw is in "idle mode" it will constantly burn a little bit of fuel.
It also produces noise which attracts zombies. When you swing the chainsaw it will burn more fuel due to its higher load.
When you swing the chainsaw it also has a bigger noise radius.

5. Info Window
I tried to find an easy way to see how much fuel is in the chainsaw.
So I adapted the Info-Window from my Crematorium Mod and now you can see the status of you chainsaw in a separate window.
For me Text-Messages were no option so this is a better way for me even on multilayer servers.

6. ChopTree - Option
If you want to use your chainsaw to chop a lot of trees you can select to chop a tree with your chainsaw now.
It is the same way you would to it with your axe. So you could not miss a tree anymore. "YAY" :)


If you have additional ideas, more translations or problems just let me know and I try to fix it.
It is the first version I will publish on steam workshop so there could be some problems but I hope I tested everything well so far.
