Is there a way to disable the cloak fading when moving? I tried to change the movement sensitivity but it didn't seem to have any effect on cloak visibility while moving (I did make sure to reload after changing it)

I can't seem to find where Gmod keeps its overlays. I think the binocular overlay might fit the cloaking effect but I can't seem to find it (or at least, I can't find the file name for it anywhere in the game itself).

Breaks all other sounds for me. Footsteps, death sound mods and so on do not produce errors; they just don't work when this is enabled.

It makes my footsteps quiet without it even being enabled. I went in the game with it downloaded, and it already makes them quiet. Please fix.

Settings do work, you just need to restart the server after you changed something (Which is a pain and I hope that gets changed)

Changing the settings in the menu doesn't seem to be taking effect in-game. I'm using this in singleplayer with sv_cheats enabled.

Hello! One of my players noticed an awkward bug when you shine a flashlight onto someone cloaked. Essentially, the player remains cloaked but their model essentially appears as a shadow. Mind you, not shadows on the wall, but the actual player looks like a shadow. Was wondering if there is any config-based fix for that?

you might have to go further back to a specific folder to let the game know you arent trying to search for it in the local materials folder

i honestly dont remember, try encasing it in quotation marks and adding the file type, like "materials/statisshield_sheet.tex" or whatever the filetype & directory is

Hey I'm having a hard time trying to set an overlay texture/material, I'm trying to use the statisshield_sheet as the overlay, but if I copy the material path from the material tool page and paste it in for the cloak overlay, then reboot the server, nothing changes. Am I a dumbass or is there something I don't understand about gmod textures?

Is there any way to create some form of swep to allow people with the cloak to ignore the transparency offput on other people, so that the cloaked individuals can see eachother reguardless?
