I have a bug. playing as baktria, and every new year my female generals die of natural causes. 5th year in a row.

Works great in the grand campaign, no end of turn crashes or other issues at all. It allows me to do exactly what I wanted to do; appoint wives and other female persona as army and fleet commanders. Thanks for doing the mod.

That said, I'm surprised no one has done a 'matriarchy' mod which would allow females to be named as faction leaders/heirs. If anyone knows of one please do share.

@Your Mother Yes, this should work with Empire Divided, although I think Palmyra gets female generals by default.

@SofNascimento used this mod playing Syracuse in Rise of the Republic. Made Dionysus' daughter Arete a general, and had her conquer Magna Grecia. Rewarded her by making her faction heir. So Thank you for making this mod!

Will this work in Empire divided campaign? I'm playing as queen Zenobia right now so it would be nice to have some female general.

The mod is perfect, you choose your female generals. In my play Albia is the wife of the dictator. When he got killed she became the faction leader and this is where this mod excelles. She takes command of his army and now has the training to lead,appoint the heir and ger remarried.

I think in this setting the mod can help realism (by not making all females generals per se) but allow the user to appoint powerful female figures like the power hungry Varro to take command of armies.

One Very Salty Boi ಠ_ಠ I didn't modify frequency because I found the family tree makes it very easy to have a female general. Just marry someone and the wife should be available to lead an army.

Works great as Cimmeria, though after recruiting Xanthippe I don't see any other pop up as recruitable. Is there a way to increase frequency?

see, a while ago I'd have complained about mods like this, but Female Characters in Factions like Rome and the Greek City States are completely useless without a mod like this.
