It may be because of the sound cache file. The same thing happened with a mod that replaced the pistols. Because it had custom sounds. I discovered that it was because of the sound cache, but it doesn't cause any kind of crash. I've tested it myself.
If you play and the game does crashes, I'll try to fix it.

Just what I need, a way to insert cuteness into a zombie apocalypse! I also appreciate the thoroughness with all the billboards, posters and such. Now hopefully, my lousy luck with getting Steam Workshop stuff to work won't kick in with this.
