To use a vehicle like this you need at least 1 gyroscope set to override that's holding it in position preventing it from tipping over :)

Hey Splitsie, if you don't mind me asking / you even still read these, how did you get this thing to work in the first place? Trying to learn Space Engineers' controls, so I was trying to recreate this because I thought it was really neat, but for some reason my design always just tips over backwards and drags along the ground. yours stays upright so nicely. I'm not sure I know what I am doing wrong, but was wondering if you had any pointers. Thanks :)

This is amazing.

My only suggestion would be to build from the side (the left I think) where the suspension is. You'll need to have the wheel and suspension placed before building any of the upper part as they technically clip within the placement bounding box of the wheel.

You may even need to have a temporary block under the suspension to allow its placement before anything else due to the small angular armor that blocks the side connection (or just move the blueprint so that you can place that piece manually later :)

Guys i have a problem with this whel i try to build it in survival from a projector. Wheel cannot be added. Any work around?

@Splitsie This is awesome. It feels very satisfying to drive and shoot with this. Also, hold X, then release for jump to do aerial attack :D By the way it fits very well into my Convoy escort scenario, one player should use the default vehicle for taking damage and others can support with your Twin Stick.

Saw this in the new group survival series.. love the design, but yeah.. I have a feeling that the test engineer was "volunteered" and is screaming in terror (of the awesome design!)

Also, when your guns are structural it's probably best to assume that taking fire will end your day in a bad way :P

If only my engineer is having as much fun as the one in the thumbnail... mine kinda got catapulted sitting in his seat when a rocket hit.

While building this, I might have accidentally had the guns rotated so the cargo ports were inaccessible. Due to their structural nature it was an interesting challenge to move them :P
