I think this is good, basic but good.

the ads animation is not smooth, also the little smack when the magazine is in is unnecessary

As an animator myself, I'd say this is pretty decent for a first time animation, but its pretty stiff. Maybe add some "moving holds" to make it look more alive, also dont make the right hand pinch the charging handle, make the right grab the charging handle with its hands not its finger. Idk if this is good feedback but this is what I can come up with. Good luck mate
