capitalism and liberalism are the same ideology but different names, so is libertarianism. they are just different flavors of the same ideological beliefsystem.

To everyone saying "freedom should be capitalism", no it shouldn't. Capitalism does not have to exist in a free society. Freedom means liberalism i.e. free. Capitalism in-and-of itself is not a free system, it's dictated by the ownership of capital, not in any democratic proceeding. The best term for Freedom would be Democracy or Liberalism, Liberalism is just more generic because you also don't necessarily need a democratic government to have a free and democratic society.

A more super apropriate name for Freedom would be Demo-Liberalism. On one hand it's not confusing for americans that think that liberalism is what hippies want and worship. On the other, it emphasises the form of government. But, on a third hand, then we'd have to specify the other two. Fascism is already super specific, but Communism could be even more. State-Comunism or State-Socialism seems more appropriate. Socialist-Republic would be a good alternative too.

The name Communism - someone suggested this should be Socialism instead, and yeah that's fair. My understanding is that Socialism is more of a transistional form of society with the goal of achieving actual communism. You're right though that a Civ empire following the Communism Ideology would actually be a socialist state rather than a communist one.
Leader Titles - I considered changing the titles that come along with the Ideologies, but I wanted that to be a different mod (one I haven't made yet) so people can choose if they want it, and also I haven't solidly decided what I want to change them to. I considered changing "Chairman" for Communism/Order to "General Secretary" or "Comrade", but I don't know about the other two. I agree "the Terrible" is not the right choice for Fascism/Autocracy but I think "President" is alright.

The name Liberalism - several people have suggested calling this one Democracy or Capitalism instead, but neither of those are actually ideologies. Democracy is a form of government, and it is compatible in one form or another with both Communism and Fascism. Similarly, Capitalism is an economic system rather than an ideology, and while it is not compatible with Communism (for hopefully-obvious reasons) it is completely fine under Fascism. I wanted to name it something that is both actually an ideology and also distinct from both Communism and Fascism

You can change "Liberalism" to "Democracy". It would be better.

I thought it was more Democracy but Liberalism works just fine. I personally always called them Fascism, Communism, and Democracy. I like this.
