Yeah, though that would require you to decompile the addon and re-rigging this addon onto another skeleton for the CS:S MP5, since the reload animation speed of the Uzi and CS:S MP5 is significantly different. Likewise, Hexing firearms for CS:S weapons is impossible. If you're not familiar with modding, then it's extremely hard for me to go through the process of how this is done. But there are tutorials online which includes a brief description and an insight of how it is done.

As for the M16A4s, I did had a look at the 3D viewmodels in Blender and they look absolutely potato in comparison to Insurgency's M16A4 model. Not only are they missing an ejection port, the whole width of the rifle is very slim. So I'm not going to make any promises for the M16 yet.
Yea, got plans for a few more firearms from NMRIH. But I'm not going to port all of them lol.
