This is a unique building so in the RICO Settings, you have to add "local" to make it commercial.

If you would use it with the "Real Gas Station" mod, then keep it as a unique building and change with Customize It Extended mod the construction cost to 5086 and make available petroleum to fill it up (petroleum is available with Industry DLC).

I know you get a million requests, but I'll throw another in and ask for an ARCO.

Consider making an Esso gas station, which is basically the Canadian equivalent of Exxon.

@ tpr494 Thank you so much for pointing this out, as I never noticed this somehow. As it turns out the grey I was using on the illumination maps for my assets was not a correct value for the type of illumination I was looking for and as a result the game would import the asset with a yellow illumination instead of a clear-ish one, causing this look. I will work towards updating the illmination for my assets within the next day. Once again thanks!

Conno, I have a question about your assets in general. I can not use any of yours at night. At night they all have yellowed out odd look to the windows and the canopies have yellowed out look instead of correct colors. It only does it with your assets and no other assets. Do you know of a mod or something else that conflicts with your assets or is there something missing I don't have?

@sonnyblack2301 Yes, I plan on updating those aswell however they will not be re-released like this one since, I just plane on re-doing the gas pumps.
