@ArrowYoshi Yes, this is an incompatibility with External Item Descriptor. Do you play on the Repentance DLC ? If it's the case, download the Repentance version of this mod, it will fix this issue. The link is in the description.

theres this weird glitch where when theres any pedastool item in a room a bunch of villagers will spawn everywhere i walk where there isn't already a villager and take all my items(this goes for shops with items i haven't bought yet too). real run ruiner

huh, so picking up ladder doesnt allow me to go to alt paths. i hope i can go to mausoleum or this killed my run

But as I mention in description, due to game and api instability, customs rooms, sounds and some items have been removed temporarly. They will probably be added back after some Repentance updates.
If you find some bugs, feel free to report them in the discussion of the Repentance version.

@Yoav_s It's possible. They updated the game so mod on Afterbirth+ can be loaded, but this doesn't mean it's compatible...
Unsubscribe the mod, maybe it will work again.

@robowyatt Hi ! There's a wiki in the mod description, the crafting table is described there for example. Making a description for each item is a lot of work and I'm not working on the mod anymore.

Golden apple was not giving me a soul heart for me and when I got to small the spite for steve reverted back to the isaac sprite. awesome mod though.

@吃菜的蛇 Hi ! Thanks for your comment :resmile:. The Piston act similarly to Mom's Knife : you have to charge it and release it onto an enemy in front of you.

It will be sad to see it leave my mod pack if it can't make it past the API overhaul coming in Repentance. Are you considering making it Open-Source or have a successor maintain it after that?

@Khaos There's a wiki of the mod, check out the description. It reveals either the Secret Rooms or the Super Secret Rooms, I can't remember.
