if it was illegal then it would be removed already, besides, some CS:S content was on the workshop and the creator took the addon down, not valve

I don't see why you should care that much - just remove the maps or something rather and it's technically not just getting HL:S for free, so there's not any real reason to be sued. (I know I'll likely jinx myself and this will get noticed and removed, but thank god someone knows we aren't made of money.)
