Malcolm X tried to do what you're suggesting, and he wasn't exactly liked by anyone but his followers. When I say "great fighters of oppression", who do you think about? Martin Luther King Jr. and Gandhi of course. And they were peaceful AF.
Besides, putting apartheid into a mod for no reason whatsoever isn't at all progressive. The maker of this mod would be instantly pinned as a bigot or a racist, even if the fault lies with some dude who wants to put apartheid into a mod, because "Why not?"

btw don't see this as me personally attacking you or anything, i just disagree with you, and i could also give some reasons why it's actually a straight-up bad idea to have an apartheid based nation in a mod for no apparent reason.
