you know, sorry if this was, like, taken from something so you can't do this, but why don't you, or maybe ask whoever made the model, why they don't just make it a 4-wheel chassis in the first place, without the need to make it look weird by removing a middle axle?

i agree with you on the 3rd axle. it could simply be fixed with a fender option.

I like this mod a lot. The truck is cool. I have an idea for you to solve the 3rd axle problem. You could make there be two options for fenders. One that has a dummy wheel on the 3rd axle, and one that removes any evidence of there ever being a 3rd axle.

Stupid question, but where is the "air filter"? Mine has the DOHC I6 with side draft carbs/filters, but the parts status is stuck at 97% and shows the air filter/base/cover and clips missing. Cannot find where to mount them.
