@7homas7he7rain yes, but it achieves this by exploding. The explosion is very loud and bright but small. If you are too close to a flashbang when it goes off you can get injured, thus it is possible to disable a vehicle by forcing a flashbang into the exhaust.

This is hot, Marvin did the right thing.

Damn I remember somewhat of that guy's story when he went on a rampage. Marvin went through so much legitimate procedures in relation to his zoning dispute in order to keep his business (i think an access road), and plus he'd offered to pay the council in full to get what he wanted but in the end they turned him down.

I don't blame him for going on a rampage. There was nothing else that he could have done again he went through the proper procedures only to be turned down ultimately. Sure one can say he did alot of damage, may have potentially harmed others, and caused absolute mayhem.

But in the end from what I can remember no one was killed from what he'd done by destroying the buildings/property of those that had screwed him over. Such a unfortunate and sad story of Marvin
