Only the rate at which they would learn any skill, as this is applied globally.

Launch Kenshi through the steam app, click "forgotten construction set", make a new mod, click global settings up at the top, go down until you hit global xp rate. I have another mod called "kenshi forever" that takes it to 10% of the original amount. I couldn't make it past day 50 it was too grindey lol.
