The fix is typing, "mat_specular 0" in console.

This map is beautiful! However, is there any way to remove the rain from this map? I would love to make it snow here!

This map is absolutely gorgeous, even if it is small, but looking at the outside I have high hopes that you'll make a city map. Who knows? It might even be up there with the likes of gm_genesis and gm_bigcity!
