I've fired up the mod and it's working ok for me - I've saved it in the latest version of PFM and 'updated' the mod via the launcher. If it isn't working for you let me know but please check to see if it's a conflict with another mod first as by all accounts it should be ok.

Sorry WarMaster but maintaining different versions of mods quickly ends up as a bottomless pit of extra work - plus in this case I'm not a SFO/Grim user so I have no-idea what's required.

Ah, sorry but you'll have to look elsewhere for the problem, this mod only adds 4 units of infantry - no heroes, must be another mod.

this mod has a hero unit in it call tower masters and its in the ground. the rest of the units work, and i do appreciate you updating this one. its one of my favorite dark elf mods

and would they be better than shades my malekiths army is 8 black guards 5 shades greatswords 1 black dragon 2 hydras 1 being the renown one blades of the blood queen , kouran dark hand, and a hag but im just making sure because i would love to replace the shades and blades pf the blood queen with 6 of these hybrid black guard archers

i notice the black guard are holding bows but someone said they are affect by darkshard buffs so is that meaning they have the same AP damage and stats of the dark shards ?

The halberd and bow variant double dips into both effects that go for black guards and for darkshards. This results in two armor tech upgrades, two xp upgrades, etc. This seems rather OP so I think it would be unintended.
