You must set Holy Nation relations with Holy Nation Citizens to 100 and HNC relation to HN to 100...Otherwise, they are butchering each other like crazy and then HN picks them up healing and running around with them.
One wrong arrow from HNC hits HN Paladin and they get slaughtered.
You can at the very least recover your own mods - but perhaps with some progress lost - fairly easily. That is you can just download them from the workshop and go from there. For example this mod's URL is https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1456909861
The important information here is 1456909861 which is the mod's ID.
Go to your workshop download folder which depends on your steam install path - \Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\
233860 is Kenshi
therefore \Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\233860\1456909861\ contains this mod.
It also isn't a terrlble idea to throw copies up on Dropbox too.
as for the towms most are on roads or near them a few are near were players are known to build but still a fair distance
I will check this out when I have time to play. Hopefully doesn't conflict with my base location, but that's always a minor risk.
