The animations are choppy

the animation is really inacurate when u dont press in the thingy behind the mag to eject it, dont pull back the bolty thing to reload

The model for this weapon, which probably came from GameBanana originally. It's pretty obvious you're not the one who made this model, so give the owner credit.
