报告翻译问题
All pre-placed turrets are manual, they need someone to fire them. What if you made a mod that makes these turrets automatically fire at threats, and the turrets themselves are the property of a dummy faction, then make that dummy faction -100 relations with the enemies of the towns?
That way, if turrets accidentally shoot at friendlies, there is no relations problem. No one to blame for the misfire.
I know I'm a bit late with this reply, but the question deserves an answer at least.
It still works I would say. I only had one or two small fights break out in Shark but the guards quickly put a stop to it, and if you leave the area for a while things seem to calm down and get back to normal. I haven't had any playthrough where I've found the entire place dead, so I guess that proves the mod still works? =p
Only thing I've noticed is that if you spend a lot of time in that town, sooner or later some spiders seem to start spawning inside the town walls. The guards again do a great job and quickly kill them off. Problem is, sometimes a stray arrow hits a random person once or twice and a fight still breaks out, but as said before the guards are quick to stop it before it escalates into a massacre.
