"Pink smoke" I call it the fuschia bug. It *seems* certain tools in the Unity Map maker package asset and texture paths wrong. They use a more absolute path rather than a relative which breaks things when path "style" changes. By "style" I mean on Windows paths use \ but on *nix based OS's /. This means assests packaged wrong break for an OS that use the opposing slash in paths. So content made on *nix OS can break on Windows or content made on Windows break on *nix OS. The fix is correcting the paths of assets and textures in a given map or model.
