Death Egg Robot was in sonic 4 Epsiode 1. the Zone was E.G.G. Station. a zone you could only access after beating the first 4 zones.

the decription even says what it is, and unlees an addon says it's a player model, don't expect it to be one. That goes for anyone else asking too.
