@Carajote. That happens when you install new outfit mods and load up a save where one of the characters is wearing a custom outfit. You can fix this by disabling all outfits in the Mod menu in-game on the main menu, loading up the save you tried to load last, assure all boys are wearing base game outfits, saving your game, and re-enabling the mods you want to use.
