Huh, so I did. Just corrected it! And for the Eiffel Tower at night, that’s one of those weird French interpretations of Copyright law (which in my personal opinion, is a blatantly wrong analysis for what copyright is actually supposed to protect). Personally, I love the idea of law being law only as long as the public accepts it as law. If every tourist out there takes a photograph of this beautiful light display at night, does it really make logistical sense to prosecute or even bring claims against every single tourist? No. Hence, why I say the public’s opinion here should actually render that form of copyright protection invalid. :D
