Depends on how those mods are made. This one modifies the sound files, so if the other mods also edit sound files, then it is not compatible. But you can alter the mod load order so that this one is lower than the other mod that mutes the voice lines.

No, this mod does not remove the laughing. But it removes the coughing, because the point of a gas mask like that is not not make you cough.

Wondering if you could do this to the RVC dialogue overhaul addon, the one by DBD = (Somethin), its the one that gives the L4D1 crew lines for hearing L4D2 SI and melee weapon and defib callouts and all that.

Okay so don't get me wrong, this mod is great and I love it to death. My only problem with it is that it's wicked quiet. You can barely hear the characters over everything
