I really like these apartments. I put them in a prime spot on a major thoroughfare in my Downtown.

Also you should give link to rico mod - high density fix. which fixes rico issue not displaying any high density residential and making all of them low density residential.

Loving these larger sized apartments! Also, as owlchemist said, it is a level 4 on RICO and not level 2

Btw I placed a couple in my city and they're showing up as level 4s, not 2 as stated in the description above.
