@akeen this map is so old and out of date that the texture file locations in css has changed so that is why this map is broken for you

@DinoAnonymous those are errors because it was illegal to give away a payed games files for free and im not surprised this does not work anymore with how old it is and the games files changing around where stuff is

I have counter strike source installed and textures 1 and i still have errors. and there are errors with 2 of the shared files below.

@immortalsoul even if you own the game css and have it mounted it may not work due to how old this map is and stuff in css may have changed including where some textures are or their names

CSS hasn't had any big game changing updates in years, its more likely caused by the updates done to Garry's mod, like when they added support for treesway all the maps using l4d trees started having stretching trees.
