Depends on what particles the mod actually uses, like a custom muzzle smoke and flash. Often, without the particles addon you'll just have a regular default muzzleflash.

Somewhat unlikely, as the bolt is not modeled, only textured. Although I could give it a shot on my edited CoD animations, where this is less of an issue.

Its deploy sequence uses a pump sound, then a deploy sound. At no point does it use it twice.

There are sawn-off double barrel shotguns or Strikers for the SPAS slot, among other things.
