Oh, maybe try taking the structure out of play and then using the logistics repair; because that is actually a semi-common bug where repair bots don't quite know how to repair subconstructs.

i found that in the designer it works, but campaign it doesnt.

I'll double check the blueprint later and check if there is some kind of workshop corruption, the latest version seemed to be spawning fine for me in combat testing.
