Dunno if you're still active, but I was wondering how to change the starting planet for existing factions. I see you added a weight table for the custom faction, but trying to replicate that for existing minor factions doesn't seem to be doing anything.

There is a modding guide for that on games2gether.com

All the AI stuff is kept inside of a .dll, so I'm not sure how much I could mess around with it.

It means that there isn't an AI for the faction, there may be a way for it to fallback to an other minor faction's AI but not too sure on how to do that

Another question, do you know what causes "[AI] Faction affinity AffinityMinorN is not know from AI please add it [AI1]"? It's starting to cause problems, and I have no idea what to even look at.

Those are set in GuiElements[GameVariables] under SymbolStrings as characters from one of the fonts the game provides

Hey there! I'm having some trouble with this. namely, even though I've replaced all the resources/gui images with ones of my custom faction, this doesn't seem to change the icon that appears to the left of the faction name (it remains the stack of gold bars). Do you have any advice on how to change this?

It workes now and I have no idea why... I don't think that it was the fault of the mod

It runs fine for me, no crashes or errors in the logs. Could you try verifying your game files? It might've corrupted when downloading

Hey, I tested if this mod works, because I would really love to create my own Minor Factions, but everytime I try to start a game with this mod (unchanged) it immediatly crashes. Is there somehing I overlooked?
