Its a texture. Read the title, says its animation compatible, not that its an animation. Even says in the description.

I have permission from both companies to release these assets, yes. But you didn't get permission from the original content creators on your repackages of mods.

@Frookey he took down his mods the last time because people kept stealing his work and passing it off as theirs, how would you feel if a mod you worked on for lets say five years (going that long because some mod makers can take that long) upload the mod to the workshop only to then have someone come and steal all of your hard work and try to pass it off as their own.
