I think it would be more convenient if you would combine your fuhrerreich reskins into one mod.

Again, they don't seem to be missing anything. I've only ever gotten this issue when I've forgotten to include a specular map, but both of those mods have them.

The models are also pure black for me, This problem carries over to the Rhenish Skin mod, I'm using your German Reskin (A) so perhaps there might have been an error there?
