Hi I love your map. However I was wondering if you could add a skybox to this map please. Because I can't spawn the TARDIS Rewrite workshop item without it very well. And I was hoping to showcase/feature your map in a future Garry's Mod Doctor Who maps tour video.

Once I downloaded a lot of addons, they made my game buggy. One of the addon file deleted the rope texture from my Garry's Mod. After I deleted most of the addons, and reinstalled the game, it worked. Now my Gmod is good again. But if it's not help you, than sorry.

I don't know why it's not working for you.
I tested it for myself and it's worked. Try
to reinstall Gmod, maybe it can help.
