other than that its a simple mod that adds a little challenge to the cheaters that use modded spells or armor. (like myself)

Oblivion wtf?

So is this mod for people who play the game on Adept. Because i play on Master from the start. and they arn't such a push over. aside from getting to lvl 45 then everthing is a breaze.

Amazing. I was tired of 'Oh look, that guy I kill in two power attacks, again'.

Increase the damn chances! and give them more loot like jems/potions, i got attacked by a Thief just now, my very first encounter with this mod, i've had it for like 6 days and i play Skyrim ALOT so the chances should be raised lol, oh and that encounter would of hurt me if i wasent level 156 and full ancient shrouded besides helm which is Volkron, and gauntlets which are dragonscale of peerless wielding, i have peerless wielding ring and necklace, weapons are both 92 dmg Dragonbanes. a thief with leather and glass armor is just a pushover, BUT i have 1000 Hp and this was the first time i saw my HP bar get about halfway, they are pretty strong lol.

Wish you could increase their chance of appearing...

I'd get this, but the level difference is FAR too imposing to even consider it at the moment.
All of my characters are shaking thinking about fighting someone that strong as a random encounter. Tone it down from 3X to 2X, then we'll talk.

It's pretty clear what's intended with the mod, but...it'd be nice to know specifically what it does. Is it just a buff of the specified npc stats? What does it actually do? This is a great concept but personally I like to know exactly what I'm downloading :)

Can you explain in more precise words what exactly this mod does?
