**lol yes this mod is for SKYRIM, screenshot taken from Oblivion for nostalgia**

This makes all those wild encounters (Containing Assassins,Thieves and Adventerures) harder so it will actually challange you and make you think twice before engaging instead of fleeing.

"There is always someone stronger, smarter or better than you".

OR IS THERE? with this mod there are :D

Think about it, if they come up to you ("THE DRANGON BORN") when they know you just saved the whole world or something - They come prepared or at least with enough skill to beat you down.

So now Assassins are the greatest threat to you.
Adventurers have been wandering these lands for years - They have alot of exprience under their belt.
And lastly the thiefs that want your money - they can stick to their words and "Gut you like a fish!" - after all thats what they do for living.

For those who asked for\ in need of technical explanation:
Assassins and Adventerures level is 3 times of yours and is capped at 100. (meaning if youre level 15, the assassin coming for you - is 45.)
Thieves are 2 times of your level and of course their level is capped at 100.

other than that its a simple mod that adds a little challenge to the cheaters that use modded spells or armor. (like myself)

dragonborn is 1 word. not 2. its "the Dragonborn!" not "The Dragon born!"

Well now this is a great mod been using it for a while now. What would be the chances of your posting on the Nexus and posting a link here for us? You see I'm a victim of the 50 cap limit and want to start a new game but not until I get as many mods as I can from here that I use off Nexus. Thanks
