i think its better to give the files and tell where you can replace, there is multiple dlc and voices, some survivors share the same voices files names so if you have a bill female mod and you want ellie voice for "him" you can replace too ( it won't treplace 100% ) . But a standard vpk could work too.

Now im a bit curious on this problem...Why can't voice changer mods like this one be downloaded alike to others? If models and sound effects work with the steam workshop download fully why not voices?

unpack.vpk => extract .rar => move files as said above

Ok toxicity aside , you know that most mods in moddable video games ( or atleast those without a mod manager ) requires some manual tweaking to make it work ( i remember modding morrowind with long tutorials and having to put every folders in the correct place and organize the loading order too).
For this mod, yes you have to do more that one clic and 5mn to make it work.
Also think of modders that spend hours working on mods and writing safe instructions just to get complains that a 5-10mn install is too long..
You can't imagine how annoying it is to make voice packs with correct lenght and names.

The steps are pretty self explanatory and google can help you for the rest , .rar is a well known compressed format, it takes 5-10mn to do everything.

Finally figured out all the steps and did them. unfortunately it still doesnt work. There goes 3 hours of trying to figure it out. Waste of time

also when i opened the eillie folder i didnt c what you have posted above in there, all it showed me was the audio files

in the readme note u attached explaining the process it says i should find a RAR, wat is that?

i did some edit, taken part from part here and there, had to delete somes because it was too long, but feel free to resize 200 lines of audio in audacity one by one :)

How is it over 200 lines when it only replaces 75 files?

if you move these files to rochelle folder and others it should work, this mod doesnt replace all sounds so you should still have some rochelle..etc original sounds
