There are several other popular arbalest skin packs which also use L.

To avoid this one being overwritten, rename the mod folder to use Slot Q instead.

btw, Steam workshop automatically update your subcribed mods, which will change, break or even remove mods without you knowing it. (like this time)

It is recommended that you put the mods in the Darkest Dungeon folder itself, this way your mods are safe no matter what changes are made to the mods (though you will have to update them yourself).

Same thing happened to me.
After some digging I found that another skin mod "ShindoL Hero Skins" just got updated which includes the arbalest skin.
Might want to put this mod in priority before that one if you want to use this skin

So...anime arbalest is white?

Maybe if a little more effort was put into modifying the model and not just cutting out the original's face and pasting in an anime one that looks as out of place as simon belmont's head/torso from castlevania judgment, you could give it the benefit of the doubt.

This isn't even borderline racist, it's lazy borderline racist.

Go Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\262060\1436875509\heroes\arbalest\arbalest_L... there should be the anim folder and the portrait. if they are there then enable the mod in-game on the game profile page before you load -> (the mods button is to the right of your estate name)

How do I install it?
I already suscribed but the characters look the same in the game. Also in the local files there is still the normal picture in the "heroes" folder
