@spiderman It is probably because you have an addon named nextbot pack if I'm correct. The reason it replaces him with the TF2 sniper nextbot is because it is in the pack so my best info is to just uninstall that.

I have an idea! You can make a pack called Smart Half life 2 NPCS, If you would spawn a citizen he would talk to you like in the real game or he would sit down somewhere and there will be like animations!

deleting all your mods and/or doing a fresh reinstall of gmod is always an option if you're having problems
