Rick: they look similar , but this is more detailed and in my opinion better to mix with the hats of the spy , but not iconic because gentlespy as example

There's really no other way to do it other than extending the vest, since you have to cover the default suit.

Would a gentleman let his shirt hang out of his pants?

While I like the concept of a waistcoat-Spy, the shirt hanging out (and having a weirdly shaped lower hemline that follows the default jacket) just doesn't feel like a style Spy would wear.

Now that I think about it this one is way more polished. Although an alternate style where the white part is paintable would be really cool. Just sayin'.
