This mod currently throws an exception:

Rotors FlipXZ is fully compatible with Plazas & Promenades DLC.
Please follow the Plazas & Promenades DLC Compatible modlist.

Hi. Is there a tutorial that explains how to set it? is a bit that I would disguise the blimps as helicopters and create a sort of airtaxi service.
