Looks like station needs to be in range of a dome and it does not work with a hub.
Sometimes you can get a bugged colonist stuck in the dome as well (if they're walking around outside then they should eventually move).
They also have to want to move, a job/residence at least and playing with filters should get them out... (I don't play the game though, so I might be misremembering).

How long, more or less? I waited several days and nobody moved.
So it's not a tool I need. I need to move homeless and unemployed into new dome.
They don't do it by their own. Not with trains at least.
Maybe think of it as a last ditch effort to clear out a dome you want to demo?
Is this mod deprecated? Or perhaps conflict with another mods?
BTW It's annoying that sometimes people I kicked off, return almost immedietally.
I guess there is no solution for that. This mod is closest I can imagine.
I'm not as bad as SkirRich though. He's got like 2000, but he also plays it so.
I'll see about something for it...
