Color tool is pre-built into the game, you can color the models to something similar to the army guys, or whatever color you wish.

@hoovy This is my fault, I accidentally listed the wrong resizer tool for the required addons. I noticed this a while ago but, me being the lazy bastard that I am, didin't want to update all the addons. The actual resizer can be found here:
