Super cool building! Unfortunately i couldn't remove the ugly vanilla trees which in my opinion don't fit at all with the quality of the building. Will there ever be a version without thoose trees?

would be really nice if you updated this asset so that each sub-building doesn't attract a gazillion tourists. the sub-buildings should not require road connections and should not have their own stats for tourists... only the main building should have these

Ok, THIS is fabulous! Magnificient. Outstanding. The most beautifull buildiung in my 450K city by far!!
(it needs 5 times or so as much space than the default university, but hey! I even I bulldozed my 2nd University and several street blocks to make room for this centerpiece of my city)

This building is magnificient but there is 2 major problems : we can't remove the trees in the asset editor or with the "prop it up" mod, and also the stairs just disappear when we zoom out a little bit

there's a bit of an issue with road connections. did you intend all of the subs to need roads? it means you have to put roads inside the building

Love the new expanded capacity, but now that I look at it I agree the LOD could really use some work. Was it an auto-generated LOD? For a building of this size and grandeur a more hand-crafted LOD is probably really needed.
