Thanks for the suggestion. That didn't fix it - However, I it made me dive into the issue more and I found that my problem was with the Big Decal Water Stream. It has a second dependency, "Decal Prop Fix" which I had also downloaded - but because that patch is a mod, I missed the step where I had to actually enable it.

@cpwimmer : you need a flat terrain i guess.

I've downloaded this (and the other paths) but I seem to be having a problem getting the water to show. I have downloaded the Water Decal, but i mostly just get a sand pit with a hint of water. Any suggestions?
